Enrollment, Registration, and Records

We are so excited to welcome you and your family to our district! Please register your child or children for school as soon as possible to help them join our community. We currently register all public and non-public students. 

In order to complete registration online or in person,  please have your child/children's:

  1. Certified birth certificate
  2. Immunization record
  3. Name and address of previous school (if applicable)
  4. Current copy of IEP/Summary Evaluation (if applicable)
  5. Enrollment Packet (including Enrollment, Ethnicity, and Health forms)

Submit these forms through the online registration process, fax them to (507) 328-6086, or bring the documents to the Registration and Records Office in the Edison Administration Building. 

Is your child going into Kindergarten?

Make plans to have your child's immunizations up-to-date before beginning kindergarten. Although these are not required at time of registration, please bring a record if available; and keep in mind that an updated immunization record is required before your child/children begins school.
