Registration and Records

We are so excited to welcome you and your family to our district! Please register your child or children for school as soon as possible to help them join our community. 

In order to complete registration online or in person,  please have your child/children's:

  1. Certified birth certificate (preferred but not required) or alternative document(s) are acceptable to verify age and identity

  2. Immunization record

  3. Name and address of previous school (if applicable)

  4. Current copy of IEP/Summary Evaluation (if applicable) - digital copy can be updated

Submit these forms through the online registration process, fax them to (507) 328-5998, email, or bring the documents to the Registration and Records Office in the Edison Administration Building.

Is your child going into Kindergarten?

Make plans to have your child's immunizations up-to-date before beginning kindergarten. Although these are not required at the time of registration, please bring a record if available; and keep in mind that an updated immunization record is required before your student(s) begins school.
