Collaborative linked teams are an essential part of the infrastructure that makes implementation possible. Collaborative linked teams describes a systematic process in which educators work together interdependently to analyze and impact their professional practice in order to achieve better results for their students, their team, and their school. Each team has a unique purpose and responsibility with clearly defined roles but is not operating independently but rather is interconnected in its work. The collaborative linked teams include the district MTSS leadership team, School Continuous Improvement Planning teams (SCIP), grade level teams or professional learning communities (PLC), and student problem-solving teams.
