Earlier this week, the district reached out to inform us that our window for MCAs had been extended and encouraged us to push MCA tests back a few weeks, if possible. Based on this feedback, as well as that of many staff in the building, we will be moving forward in accordance with this request. - Listed below are the new MCA dates for Bamber Valley: April 16 & 17 - Grades 3-5 Reading - 8:15-11:15 April 22 & 23 - Grades 3-5 Math - 8:15-11:15 April 10 - Science Grade 5 - 8:15-11:15

It’s FREE tree time! Safe Routes to Schools is partnering with Neighborhood Forest to provide free trees for kids to plant during Earth Week 2025. 🌎🌲 Parents/guardians, sign your child up for a free tree by March 15th! Important message from your BVE PTA: Dear Bamber Valley Community, Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful winter break and are feeling refreshed and ready for an exciting start to the new year. We wanted to share a quick update about the upcoming PTA meeting. To allow time for a special collaboration between staff and families focused on supporting your child in reading (details to come soon!), we are rescheduling tomorrow’s meeting to Tuesday, January 28th, from 2:30 to 4:00 PM. We hope you can join us! Also, save the date for our much-anticipated our VIP Dance on Friday, February 7th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This special evening invites students to bring one VIP adult, whether it’s a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or another loved one, to dance the night away and make some wonderful memories together. We’re so excited to kick off the year with events and opportunities that bring our school community closer together.
