I give my permission for Rochester Public Schools – Independent School District #535 – or a third party organization with the School District’s approval to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape my student’s name, image, likeness, spoken words, student work, performance and movement, in any form (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”), and to display, publish, distribute or exhibit these Works or any part thereof for the purpose of and in connection with any material that may be created by the School District or a third party (including print and electronic publications).

With your permission, the School District may include these items in projects including, but not limited to, reports, District websites, unofficial websites, brochures, community presentations, social media, and/or for broadcasting on television. I also understand that the School District and/or a third-party organization shall own all rights to the Works. My student and/or their family shall not be entitled to any compensation for the rights conveyed herein.
