Students and Families interested in enrolling at MNSync Online are asked to complete the intake form below. After you submit this form, a member of our office team will reach out to schedule a personalized intake meeting. Intake meetings are generally scheduled for Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons.

MNSync Online offers a synchronous-first, online learning environment for elementary (K-6) and secondary (7-12) students across the state of Minnesota. Students engage in learning aligned to the Minnesota State Academic Standards taught by Rochester Public School teachers. Instruction is provided primarily in a live, synchronous model with some offline and/or asynchronous work included. Our courses are designed based on best practice instructional design merged with learning and teaching research.

MNSync Online Elementary currently uses multi-grade classrooms.  Students currently enrolled in 6th grade at an in-person middle school will, officially, be a part of our elementary school, but will continue to engage with 6th grade curriculum, with some differences that can be discussed at the intake meeting.

For high school students, in addition to our synchronous-first, online learning environment,  we also offer our Power Up program, which is an asynchronous online learning model that allows students to learn when it works best for them through the Edgenuity program.

Please know that completion of this form does not guarantee a spot at MNSync Online.  Families are responsible for providing their own adequate, high-speed internet for online learning and students are expected to continue attending their current school up to and until their start date with MNSync Online.

*Note* If you are currently attending an RPS High School and are interested in enrolling at MNSync Online part-time, you must do so within the first three weeks of the semester.
