Voting Information for the 2019 Bond Referendum

On November 5th, Rochester residents will be able to vote on whether to increase Rochester Public Schools’ funding through a bond.

Use the tool provided to learn more about your polling place such as where you vote, map, and directions. In certain areas and townships, polling locations had to be combined; confirm your polling location before heading out to the polls.

Learn about absentee and early voting.

Absentee Voting will begin on September 20th, 2019. Vote early at the Edison Building (615 7th Street SW, Rochester MN 55902) from 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM Monday through Friday. Enter through Door 2 and proceed to the Office of Business Services. 

Absentee Voting will also be available at the Edison Building on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. 

Note: If your voter registration is current and active, you do not need to bring identification. This means you were successfully registered at least 21 days before Election Day and you have not moved or changed names since then.

If you need to register or update your registration, or you have not voted in four years or more, you will need to show proof of residence before you vote.
