Voting Information for the 2019 Bond Referendum

On November 5th, Rochester residents will be able to vote on whether to increase Rochester Public Schools’ funding through a bond.

Vote early in person:

  • Edison Building • 615 7th Street SW, Rochester, MN, 55902 
  • Monday through Friday • September 20 - November 4 • 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
  • Saturday, November 2 • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Enter through Door 2 and proceed to the Office of Business Services

Note: If your voter registration is current and active, you do not need to bring identification. This means you were successfully registered at least 21 days before Election Day and you have not moved or changed names since then. If you need to register or update your registration, or you have not voted in four years or more, you will need to show proof of residence before you vote.

Vote early by mail:

  • Complete the 2019 Minnesota Absentee Ballot Application
  • Or, contact our Business Services Department at (507) 328-4210 or via email to request a 2019 Minnesota Absentee Ballot Application via mail.
  • Return the completed 2019 Minnesota Absentee Ballot Application by email or by mail to: Business Services, Rochester Public Schools, 615 7th Street SW, Rochester, MN, 55902. Upon receipt and verification of the information provided, a ballot will be mailed to you with a self-addressed stamped envelope for your convenience.
