Insured Families

Start by contacting your child's primary provider and ask for a nurse visit for immunizations. 

Mayo Clinic
  • Mayo Clinic does offer extended evening hours for appointments.
  • You can schedule an appointment as a new or established Mayo patient.
  • To schedule an appointment, call primary care or pediatrics at (507) 284-5233.
Mayo Express Care Clinic
  • Offers Walk-In appointments only.
  • You receive care as a new or established Mayo patient.
  • Limited vaccines are offered: Hepatitis A (adult and pediatric), Hepatitis B (adult only), HPV, Influenza, Menactra, Meningitis B, Pneumonia, Td, Tdap.
Olmsted Medical Center
  • OMC offers regular hours for appointments.
  • To schedule an appointment, call pediatrics at (507) 292-7188. 
  • Vaccines are offered at all locations.
MedExpress
  • Offers Extended evening hours for appointments. 
  • To schedule an appointment, call (507) 286-8870.
  • Limited vaccines are offered: TD (7 or older), Tdap (adolescents and adults), Hep B (adults only). MMR and Hep A are not offered at this clinic.
  • TD is offered at a $75 cost (not run through insurance out of pocket cost no matter if insured or not). 
  • Tdap is offered at a $95 cost (not run through insurance out of pocket cost no matter if insured or not). 

Uninsured or Underinsured Families

Mayo Clinic
  • Mayo Clinic does offer extended evening hours for appointments.
  • You can schedule an appointment as a new or established Mayo patient.
  • To schedule an appointment, call primary care or pediatrics at (507) 284-5233.
  • Even if your student is not currently covered under any type of insurance, you can still be seen at Mayo Clinic for free/low cost vaccines.
Community Health Service
  • Located in the Heintz Center Building at 1926 College View Road SE, Rochester, MN. 
  • To Schedule an appointment, call (507) 529-0503.
  • Community Health Service accepts medical assistance, Minnesota health care programs, and sliding fee for non-insured families.
Olmsted County Public Health Services - Immunization Clinic
  • Located at 2100 Campus Drive SE, Rochester, MN.
  • To schedule an appointment, call (507) 328-7500 or walk-in appointments are available daily, Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
  • OCPHS accepts medical assistance, Minnesota health care programs, and medicare.
